The resource comprises 3 original colouring books by Mael Matthews, totally over 100 different coloring templates. Recent research suggests that anxious, over busy minds can be calmed by focusing on simple, therapeutic tasks such as colouring. This resource has been designed to be suitable for use with all ages, including adults and SEN students.
